DirecTV adds west coast feeds of TNT, TBS, MTV, BET & Comedy Central to lineup.

Today, AT&T's DirecTV added 5 new HD west coast feeds to it's lineup for all of the US, 2 of those west coast feeds are from AT&T's WarnerMedia/Turner Networks division while the other 3 are from Viacom (maybe a part of the long term agreement they reached after their dispute earlier this year was resolved.).

The new west coast feeds are:
TNT west, channel 245-1 (next to the east coast feed of TNT on channel 245).
TBS west, channel 247-1 (next to the east coast feed of TBS on channel 247).
MTV west, chanel 331-1 (next to the east coast feed of MTV on channel 331).
Comedy Central west, channel 901 (could be moved over to 249-1, next to the east coast feed of Comedy Central).
BET west, channel 902 (could be moved over to 329-1, next to the east coast feed of BET).

west coast feeds of channels being available on satellite TV lineup are nothing new as in the past, west coast feed of kids channels like Disney Channel, Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network have been on both Dish and DirecTV's lineup as well as west coast feed for movie channels like HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, The Move Channel, Starz and Encore, but this is a first for a west coast feed be available for a regular paid TV channel that isn't a kids channel or a movie channel.

Does this include TCM as well? They have had a West coast live feed on their Watch TCM website and streaming channel but is it on any cable or satellite systems?

MTV, Comedy Central and BET may not even be on DirecTV for long if the Viacom/CBS Deal were finalized due to the current AT&T dispute.

AT&T just had a dispute with Viacom earlier this year that was resolved without blackour. so they won't go anywhere for a good while. the current CBS dispute is cause CBS is being too greedy right now and the chanels CBS own that are blacked out are because their deal ended and anew deal hasn't been reached yet.

Now there is a reported tentative agreement that Bob Bakish would run CBS as its next CEO but who knows if AT&T will even keep the Viacom channels given the current dispute with CBS though.
