Disappointed with Sirius/XM Lack of urban and Rhythmic choices

Hip Hop nation is OK, but its too heavy on curse words if I have kids in the car,, But what I like about them is they are pure Hip Hop with no pop and R&B

The Heat is too soft,, they are the rhythmic Clean choice, but they only play R&B,, there are no real hip hop hits,, very little dance/pop, no mixshows..

Hip Hop nation is cool,, No complaints here, but we need a clean KID Friendly version that also plays some R&B at times,,,, though minimal..

The Heat needs to be a Party station similar to Power 96 Miami,, right now it sounds like a Rhythmic or Urban AC thats current friendly,, they should be playing all the uptempo hits like lady Gaga,, AKON-DavidGuetta,, GUCCI, Pitbull,, their is really no where on sirius to hear the baltimore club and electro hip hop stuff, like LMFAO Shots,, and Im the Sh.t.... the 3-6 mafia Featuring Tiesto,, the new Flo Rida.. there is just so much of the in between stuff thats missing, and the dance stations and CHR station doesnt play this kind of music either. I havent even heard anything from Weezy on either urban channel.

I wish Satallite radio sounded better it's so boring listening to it... ughhh their imaging is horrible on The Heat, and it would be cool to see innovative websites from the stations...

I may be trying to terrestrialize them (if that's a word) but I love regular radio minus the commercials

At work we listen to The Heat and Heart & Soul and both station play the same stuff over and over. We sometimes flip to BPM (?? - the dance station), but everybody doesn't like it.

I have Sirius,, so I dont have Kiss,,, But what they should have dont was kept the City,, it was a good mainstream urban with a deep playlist of Hip Hop and R&B, and they could have left the Heat as the Rhythmic Party station,, so when their are kids in the car I dont really have an alternative to The Heat and BPM and Heart and Soul,, since I cant play Hip Hop Nation around them. But I do like hip hop nation,, but I cant play it with Parents, Kids, Elder relatives in the car// In Fact even BPM can be questionable at times, playing the Dirty version of Ceelo Green-F..k U....... The Heat is just too soft, too much R&B and not enough clean hip hop and upbeat Dance/Pop. Kiss XM sounds like what I would like, but do they play the Guitar POP too,, the stuff I dont care to hear on a rhythmic?

I listen at home too so its typically on in the background 24/7,, I even run it at night cause if i dont have no sound,, I have a loud ringing in my ears that annoys me and keeps me awake,, I think I have tinitus... But go for a 4 PM to 5 PM Log.

KISS XM 21 - 4PM - 5PM (THURS - SEP 30)

Justin Bieber - U Smile
Ke$ha - Your Love Is My Drug
Bruno Mars - Just The Way You Are
Taio Cruz - Dynamite
Rihanna - Only Girl (In The World)
Ray J/Yung Berg - Sexy Can I
Sara Bareilles - King Of Anything
Black Eyed Peas - I Gotta Feeling
Nelly - Just A Dream
Katy Perry - Teenage Dream
Neon Trees - Animal
Ready Set - Love Like Woe
Auburn - La La La
Maroon 5 - Misery
Trey Songz/Nicki Minaj - Bottoms Up
Enrique Iglesias/Pitbull - I Like It

From what I've noticed, during the middays, they're a tad bit heavier on the recurrent/gold than they are during the day. At night - heavier on the rhythmic. They're the perfect CHR for satellite radio... if you'd like any other hours, let me know.

Sirius really needs a mainstream urban station. The Heat sucks...I can't stand their current format (which seems to be R&B and melodic Hip Hop). I like Shade 45 and Hip Hop Nation, but sometimes I want to hear hip hop AND r&b on one station.
