Disney in talks to acquire Harry Potter?

only way Disney can buy Harry Potter is they either buy out Warner Brothers Discovery (which wouldn't be approved by the DOJ, SEC) or WBD just sells the IP under the orders of JK Rowling herself.
The other option is where Disney doesn't actually own, but instead just pays for various rights.
I could see benefit to Disney if their main goal is to have Harry Potter content on their Disney Plus streaming service.
