Do the Sioux Falls stations have Rapid City bureaus as well as relays?

It was mentioned at http://boards.radio-info.com/smf/index.php/topic,119608.0.html that the stations in Sioux Falls, SD have relays 350 miles and a time zone away in Rapid City. Do they have news bureaus there as well? And do they have FT bureaus in little ol' Pierre, the state capital?

And do they carry Rapid City advertising?

As I recall, only KELO has a relay in Rapid City. The rest of the Rapid City stations are local.

I see now. Rereading the linked thread, jh referred to the CBS affiliate (KELO) and no other shaving a relay, no others. My bad?

OK, does KELO have a RC bureau and carry advertising for western SD?

There's a listing in the Rapid City phone book for "KELOland" at 1719 W Main Street, Rapid City, SD 57702, (605) 341-1500.

And they do have a reporter who's identified as the "Black Hills bureau reporter" in her bio:
