Do you like HOT 107.5 or FM 98 WJLB (97.9 FM) IN DETROIT for HIP HOP?

I don't listen to hip-hop but given a choice between these two it would be WJLB. I can't listen to Hot 107-5 because I still miss WGPR and feel that continuing to use the WGPR call letters with a format that plays gangsta rap is an insult to myself and other former WGPR listeners. Just make it WHTD already!

Now, I do listen to Urban AC, and I think Mix 92.3 and WDMK are evenly matched as far as that goes, although Mix has a slight edge since it has more local programming. But neither of the two held a candle to WGPR.

I share exactly the same sentiments as Chris in MI, especially about the loss of WGPR.
