Remember when: "Jay Micheals" WTHT 107.5 posing as former Portland Police Chief Mike Chitwood and calling a Former WGME TV Newscaster's Bruce Berlinger's wife about a stolen Microwave and TV from WCSH's Newscaster Jen Fox! Or the Big April fool's Switch between WPOR & WBLM?

2. Ahh, the days of Mark Persky and Bud Sawyer.

How about when when "Jay Michaels" called a TV news anchor at 6am and asked if a TV weatherman was there--and he was? Priceless.

Joe is Joe Lerman=funniest dude in Portland
> radio....... Smoke another one!!! Joe is at his funniest when he is quiet or sleeping! Hell I rather listen to Bob Grady.....Speaking of WRED Drop outs, Former WRED Night Jox Jammn Jonny is Hot in Tampa and Miami Markets! And they said he sucked, he's in markets most in maine could only dream of working.

the other great Jay Michaels bit was when he was on 93.1 wmgx for a little bit. great line about the new People's Bank opening in Congress Square and he'd be out dressed up like Chairman Mao handing out little red passbooks. can't believe he got hammered (suspended) for that one. (agency tossed a hissy-fit)
