Does Joe Reilly/Bobby Hatfield still run a station? Any kind of contact info?

He ran WHLM around here and his station was unique. He played all manner of songs. B-sides, obscure kind of things. Depending on his modd you could call the station and he might even do a request. It was awesome. He had enough commercials to keep the lights on. He got caught up in some kind of controversial cross fire and then he was gone.

WHLM is now Bold Gold Media and they stick to the "safe" lineup. Day after day after day. It's like they're on a mission to be mundane and/or wear out classic hits. Their commercials are annoying. I've been more than thoroughly reminded about the importance of shopping local, shut up already! They have a 3 minute commercial thing where it's no more than 3 minutes of commercials but it seems like no more than 3 minutes of music as well. The music is secondary to the advertisements.

If Joe is running any kind of classic rock station and even if I have to stream it I'm in. Is he still around and doing it? Is there any way to contact him like a business e-mail? WHLM is tolerable for a little while but I hardly have the radio going anymore.

He's out of the business and retired now, as best I can tell. You can find him on FB though he doesn't post often.
