Dog who played Duke in Bush’s Baked Beans ads has died

Important to note that Sam is not the current dog playing the part of Duke (some Facebook folks are wanting "Duke" to be retired, nationwide searches for a new Duke when they already have one, etc). RIP Sam, long live Duke.
 
Not to be insensitive or anything but a dog can not be a "who" because it isn't a person. It is a "that". My apologies to the dog's family

As a dog lover (one) and my daughter loves cats (7!), we think of the pets we have as a who especially when it comes to things like who pooped on the carpet or who knocked over the bag of cat food. :rolleyes:
