This Is sad, very sad! And I have all of her albums and CDs and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have discovered my love for Disco and Dance music. It was a good thing she showed up at Milwaukee back in '83 when she did Summerfest and I was lucky to see her perform her sets live with a live band, something you don't see these days.
Not bad for a woman from Boston who placed 49 singles (including 16 number ones) on Billboard's Dance Club Play Chart, and the only who continued to chart there up until her passing.
