Don't look now, but guess who may be returning to Atlanta radio?

MJ Kelli, aka Todd Schnitt. The narcissistic host of the MJ Morning Show. Listened to part of his show this morning, and he talked about getting an e-mail from the PD of the station he was on for a couple of years in the ATL. He tried to reach him during his show, but got voice mail. So don't be surprised if the MJ Morning Show rears its ugly head back in Atlanta.

Hate to disagree with the last poster, but MJ in the Morning on realradio 105.3 was utterly egregious radio. In fact, his failure to generate any buzz, comedy or audience single-handedly did the format in on 105.3, because Ferrell during mid-days was somewhat entertaining.

While I am sure he is nice to kids, pets and old folks, MJ's show will never make an imprint in Atlanta.

One random missing element: is "the PD of the station he was on for a couple of years in the ATL" still working in Atlanta? (I genuinely don't know.) If that guy doesn't work in Atlanta, he may just be scouting MJ for another station in another market - it doesn't necessarily mean a return to Atlanta.

i'm no huge fan, i'm just saying there is no other morning show that would
be any better. I listen to ferrell and stern on sirius so my mornings are full
anyway

I may be in the minority, but I really miss the Scott Ferrall show. He, Sully, and Tim had a good chemistry that made it seem like I was listening to a bunch of friends BSing. It made many many difficult days at work a bit easier to deal with.

Maybe MJ/Schnitt was talking about Chuck Deskins, another Tampa reject, and the person who killed 96Rock. ??? ??? ???

Even then, his morning show wouldn't work on any of the FMs, and his afternoon show missed the boat when WGST overhauled. MJ's morning show is more of a pop show. It wouldn't fly at all on Project 9-6-1 and not so much on Lite FM.
