tvspy.com is reporting that Doug Meehan, a veteran tv and radio personality from Boston, is joining KPNX as Morning Co-Anchor starting January 14th. I guess he's replacing Syleste. I wonder what happens to Joe Dana? Does 12 News continue to have Faye + 2 co-anchors or does Joe lose his "co-anchor" position?

Doug Meehan Joining 12News as Morning Co-Anchor

Today was Doug's first day on 12 News Today. He was okay, but needs a bit more confidence. We'll see if he does better as time goes on. In any case, the newscast seemed slightly better than when Joe and Syleste were there.
I didn't notice if Doug's voice was squeaky or he made any minor word errors, though (a shout-out to my friends IHT and B4)!
