First and formost, I fell HORRIBLE about Shep and truly hope he finds work asap.

On a seperate note, just like the old leather in a pair of shoes, those too must be replaced. In the future, "try not to let the ppl down that believe in you", Mr. Well-done...

Some ppl just have to put others done to justify themselves....and some people aren't very bright either...
