Dr. Phil's Merit Street Media company files for bankruptcy

Going to be another big court date tomorrow. There's been a lot of back and forth in the docket this past week, most of which I haven't even read. Part of it has to do with whether or not employees and TV Stations should be paid money owed from before the order "Preserving Status Quo." Also, Merit Street has filed an Appeal with the District Court. Here's the agenda for tomorrow's meeting and Appeal.

Major update. The Merit Street Bankruptcy will officially be converted into a Chapter 7. The Bankruptcy Judge has denied Merit Street and Peteski Productions Motion for Stay Pending Appeal, Denied Payment to TV Stations, Granted Payment to Employees, and entered an Order Converting the Bankruptcy into a Chapter 7. There is also a 32 page Memorandum explaining the decision at this link.

Merit TV appears to have finally gone off the air. Here in Phoenix KAZT (Nexstar) has replaced it with a duplicate feed of Rewind TV on 7.3 and KPAZ (TBN) is showing a black screen on 21.2.
 
i can confirm the channel is gone from Dallas airwaves on both KTXD 47.1 & KDTX 58.2, KDTX 58.2 now has just a blank black screen with no audio or video at the moment meanwhile KTXD has moved Roar (which was on 47.5, but now simulcasting what's on 47.5 in HD instead of just SD) to 47.1 as the main channel in HD now.
 
KTBW 20.2 is still showing a black screen with the same PSIP info. I am surprised that TBN has not put up at least a slate of some sort but maybe they are obligated to carry whatever "Merit St." is sending through a certain date. If that's the case, I'm sure they don't want to do otherwise and add more fuel to the bonfire of lawsuits.
On the plus side, the KTBW legal ID is showing up at the top of each hour!

Merit TV is still down on 21.2 as well while the WMPV Legal ID is still shown on the top left each hour.

Could it be Dr Phil not affording to fix the problem while the FAST counterpart is still up?
