Here is an update the leaders of Entercom agree to pay cuts. Note these cuts will remain in effect until July.

The following NEOs agreed to the reductions:

President/CEO David J. Field (30%)
EVP/CEO Richard J. Schmaeling (20%)
COO Louise C. Kramer (20%)
Chief Revenue Officer & President of EAN Robert Philips (20%)
EVP/General Counsel Andrew P. Sutor (20%)
These waivers also provided that any increase to an NEO's base salary due under their agreement from April 4 through December 31, 2020, will not take effect. In addition, any increase to a NEO's base salary due on or after January 1, 2021, will be adjusted so that the increase in the current year is instead the increase which would have happened in the prior year but for the waiver.
