Entercom need to do the Phoenix-Rochester swap deal with Sandusky Radio

We need Entercom to make the Phoenix, AZ-Rochester, NY swap with Sandusky Radio.

93.3 KDKB (Rock)
97.9 KUPD (Active Rock)
100.7 KSLX (Classic Rock)
1060 KDUS- The Fan (Sports)
1440 KAZG- (Oldies)

Sandusky Radio may gets:

Fickle 93.3- WFKL (Adult Hits)
The Zone 94.1- WZNE (Alternative Rock)
WARM 101.3- WRMM (Adult Contemporary)

This could be a good deal between Entercom and Sandusky Radio.

'Scuse me if I appear skeptical...

Sandusky gets one Class B and two Class A FM stations in market #53 (Rochester) in exchange for three Class C FM stations (and two "throw on" rim shot AM's) in market #15 (Phoenix.)

Why?

Unless there's some serious cash flowing toward Sandusky's coffers as part of this exchange, I'd say it was a pipe dream. Board whimsy?

93.3 KDKB (Rock)
97.9 KUPD (Active Rock)
100.7 KSLX (Classic Rock)
1060 KDUS (Sports)

Sandusky Radio Gets:

Fickle 93.3- WFKL (Adult Hits)
The Zone 94.1- WZNE (Alternative Rock)
WARM 101.3- WRMM (Adult Contemporary)

Leave Oldies Arizona Gold 1440 AM as only Sandusky Radio station.
