Erica Grow leaving Ch 6 at end of year

I wouldn't expect YOU to understand. Channel 6 only hires fresh, new talent from other markets, not talent that reminds viewers that "oh, he/she used to work at 3, 10, or 29". That's what separates 6 from the rest. They don't believe that another man's garbage is another man's treasure.
 
Some mis-information here

-Rob Gaurino didn't leave Fox to goto Albuquerque. His contract was not renewed, and he spent some time here before getting the Albuquerque job.

- Ch6 already hired Erica Grow's replacement in Melissa Magee.

- I know ch6 was never one to hire talent from other stations, but do they really have a "policy" not to hire 3, 10, and 29's throwaways? BTW, they did make an exception with this when they hired Jeff Skversky, who was at fox29 for a short time. However I think that was due to Gary Papa's health not affording them time to find something elsewhere.
