Filling in for Alan Stock, who supposedly went home sick, the "Jack" of all trades at kxnt mocked attorney Glen Lerner calling him the "heavy hidder" etc. for his attempts to secure clients in the endo-malpractice crisis. I wonder if the lawyers who advertised on his station are "good guys" and Lerner, (who along with erection pill advertisers seem to be keeping kdwn afloat) is a "bad guy." At least Lerner is offering free tests to people that can't afford them.
This goes along with the implication that Savage on kdwn is "racist" ...kxnt promo/bumper: "not Racist radio, just great radio, now back to the great one, Mark Lavine on kxnt"
Meanwhile, the "top local host" (#27 according to another poster) who's show sounds like a non-stop ad for the Repuplican party and insurance interests, said that if the "clinics were government run, then the patients wouldn't have any recourse." Of course this is nonsense, if someone suffered malpratice at a county or city hospital or clinic they can sue that governmental entity--just like if a state highway bridge falls down and someone is killed or injuried, they can sue. I'm glad no one listens.
Top Las Vegas Sun reporter John Ralston is now reporting that the clinic head was not only a registered Republican but a member of REPUBLICAN Govenor Jim Gibons transition team.
