Exhibit on Durham R&B radio/music history

If you want to see some artifacts and history detailing legendary Bull City R&B acts, clubs, and radio stations, don't miss "Soul Souvenirs", a free exhibit through May 30th at the Hayti Heritage Center (804 Old Fayetteville Street, just off NC 147/Durham Freeway exit 12-A). I went to see this the other day, and it's a small, but really interesting exhibit. Among the radio-oriented articles on display are a music chart from the former WSRC when it was AM 1410 and 107.1 FM as well as some information on the long-defunct WAFR 90.3 FM.
