It's about time this song finally broke in the U.S. and got the attention it deserves. It's a great rock track and it was a hit almost a year and a half ago in the U.K. on Radio 1 and Capital. Talk about a long time crossing over. Heck, I've had it on my iPod forever.

Too bad other great Brit-Rock bands from the past few years like The Feeling and Scouting for Girls didn't crossover. Also, as far as pure pop goes, I never understood why the SugaBabes never crossed over either. Their big international hit "Ugly" from 3 or 4 years ago could have been a huge hit here if it was given a shot. Heck, it still could be as it's a perfect pop song.
 
BRH, there is a LOT of great Pop music from the UK and Europe that gets ignored here. Oftentimes it's b/c other songs are being promoted better, or there's already enough good product domestically. I mean let's face it - 2009 has been an amazing year for Pop radio. You've suddenly got full market Top 40 stations in Norfolk and Chattanooga, one that covers the entire Bay area, and a new one in Baltimore. That's huge!

I should point out that the Kris Allen song I've listed is actually a song by the Script as well. At the same time, Westlife are currently number 2 in the UK with a Daughtry song.

Perhaps you should post the songs you *don't* like since you seem to like everything that's getting airplay at the moment! :)
 
There really isnt much I dont like on CHR right now.. Everything on chr is so fun and fresh sounding... Its all balanced out with rhythm pop rock and dance.. CHR hasnt sounded this good to me in years.... I can listen to almost any CHR in the USA,,, Europe, Australia, Canada, Middle east and be perfectly content. I really wish the new uncle Kracker would get more chr play.. Our Z-1035 was playing it in August....

There is plenty of good music in rock, rap,,, dance,, even some country...
