FCC greenlights order for "Text to 9-8-8", the National Suicide Prevention Hotline

GOOD. Anyways, this had it's starts as a call in number in 2019, however the texting idea gained some ground in 2020 and 2021, and was recently approved by the FCC to be implemented in June 2022. Your thoughts?
