FCC lose of Philly Appeals Court ruling affects Dover transfer

The transfer of the CP for WDDE Dover is one of the cases affected by the court case. Salisbury University Foundation had planned to transfer the CP to a Delaware news group, but without the 18 month extension they will not have time to build the station. The good news is the constant transfer of 1600 in Dover may be over, now they will have to do something about it.

What are you talking about. The FCC granted the sale of 1600 in Dover and the deal is done.
