'Fraid what you hear is what you're gonna get....sunuvabitches at 106.7, they even edited "Miss You" Rolling Stones. Then some "Tom Kent" from a 800 number. Do ANY local Portland folk know some LOCAL radio dude named "Tom Kent"?

Looking at their site, they appear to have a national evening program, 7 days a week, akin to Delilah. Otherwise the staff is local and pictured in a big group photo. I hope they're retained by CC-Portland.
Tom Kent isn't akin to Delilah. He's akin to a local nighttime music show with personality and phoners, just sydicated instead of local. I believe he just picked up his 150th market in less than a year and signed with ABC.
