New Update the Kingpin (Rick Singer) who got convicted for the College Bribery scandal and outed celebrities to the FBI and the courts was planning a reality show.

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) – A Newport Beach man who authorities said hatched the scheme to get the children of wealthy parents into elite universities through bribery and cheating once shopped a reality TV show about the pressures that rich students face when it comes to college admission.

A 2010 video obtained by TMZ Wednesday shows 58-year-old William “Rick” Singer auditioning for the chance to create a reality show around his work helping rich students get admitted to colleges.

“This is a game, just realize that this is a game,” Singer said in the video. His pitch was submitted to a network but never picked up, TMZ reports.

An Update Hallmark has removed Lori Loughlin as the College Bribery Allegations continue.

Lori Loughlin has been ousted by Hallmark’s parent company, Crown Media, after she was charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud in connection with a sweeping college admissions scheme.

On Wednesday, Loughlin appeared in court and was released on a $1 million bail. She and her husband, designer Mossimo Giannulli, allegedly agreed to pay $500,000 to guarantee their two daughters – Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose – admission to the University of Southern California as members of the crew team, though neither was an athlete.

By Thursday, the scandal had impacted Loughlin's career, with Crown Media announcing it was cutting ties with the "Full House" star, who had long been a staple on its networks.

Now a controversial episode of Full House has resurfaced over

Well, this is awkward.

In an old episode of the beloved sitcom “Full House,” Lori Loughlin’s character survived a school-admissions cheating scandal and wound up getting exactly what she wanted: spots for her kids at a prestigious preschool.

In the Season 6 episode “Be True to Your Pre-School,” which aired in January 1993 and can be seen on Hulu, Loughlin’s Aunt Becky and John Stamos’ Uncle Jesse face peer pressure to get their twin boys, Alex and Nicky, into a good preschool.

“If you put your kid on the right track now, he's going to be on the fast track for life,” the father of a playmate tells the couple.

Yes nearly 26 years later a now controversial episode is coming to the surface due to the current allegations involving Loughlin.

First, the decades-old episode is coincidental, not controversial. Second, the daughter isn’t being boycotted, she Dropped from her deal. Customers not buying....that’s boycotting.

Both of Loughlin's daughters have reportedly withdrawn from USC, claiming that they
"feared being bullied" if they remained on campus.

An Update Netflix is dropping Lori Loughlin from Fuller house

The streaming service has booted actress Lori Loughlin from her role in “Fuller House” in the wake of this week’s college admissions scandal, according to TMZ.

She will not be written into the popular show’s fifth season, the gossip site reported Friday, citing “a well-placed production source.”

The report came less than a day after Loughlin, 54, was axed from her longtime role as the face of the Hallmark Channel, for which she has starred in numerous series since 2013, and where she considered the cast and crew to be “family.”

She had been due to appear in Sunday’s installment of Hallmark’s series “When Calls the Heart,” but the segment now will not run, Hallmark said in a statement.

And Now a Civil lawsuit has been filed on Loughlin, Singer, Huffman and the College admins over the fallout.

The dozens charged in the scheme already face criminal charges. But several civil lawsuits have also been filed.

An Oakland woman filed a $500-billion class-action lawsuit this week against two Hollywood actresses and dozens of other wealthy parents accused of paying hefty sums to bribe college coaches or doctor exam scores to secure their children’s admission to elite universities.

Jennifer Kay Toy, who previously taught in the Oakland Unified School District, alleges in the lawsuit filed in San Francisco County Superior Court that the actions of those implicated in the scheme prevented her son, Joshua Toy, from being admitted to several colleges ensnared in the scandal.

She wrote in the filing that her son worked hard and graduated from high school with a 4.2 GPA but was still rejected from some of the colleges.

Actresses Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin and Loughlin’s husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, along with dozens of other people charged in the criminal case, are named in the lawsuit. The court filing does not specify the colleges where her son applied or when he submitted his applications.

Two Stanford University students on Wednesday filed a federal class-action lawsuit against Stanford, USC, UCLA, the University of San Diego, the University of Texas at Austin, Wake Forest University, Yale University and Georgetown University.

The students allege the rigged system denied them a fair chance to matriculate at the elite institutions and could tarnish their degrees from Stanford.
