First night of 10 PM Eyewitness News on the CW Philly: Thoughts

I wanted to get your thoughts on the first broadcast last night of Eyewitness News at 10 on the CW Philly? I can't comment on it because I didn't watch it last night.

Ummm, well from what I saw(which wasn't much, so I could've missed things), it was basically exactly like Eyewitness news on CBS3. They did however have cw57 in the graphics, instead of the CBS eye, and a 3. However that seemed to be the only difference. I mean, it had the same look, color, ect. It wasn't the wake up news look. Oh, and I think they have different music. I was on the phone when they went to a break, so I didn't get a good listen.

Using the Eyewitness News name I would expect it to look like...well, Eyewitness News, and not have elements from the Wake Up News show. Using the name on a show that departed from the format and feel wouldn't make much business sense.

I'm not too much into 1 anchor newcasts. It's hard on the eye, watching the same person the whole cast. Even "Weekend Update" on SNL is now just Seth Myers.
