First taste of NBC Sunday Night Football is tonight

Hi everyone:

I must admit, the coverage was not too bad. I really liked the scoreboard that NBC used. Art Shell didn't do too bad coaching the Raiders. The scoreboard looks more like a real one. Plus, no annoying graphics like FOX does.
I don't think the FOX graphics are that annoying. That said though, I do wish the big FOX network would use the same scoreboard strip atop the screen that's used on FSN as the one that's on the big network now just looks tacky.

On top of that, the FSN one is also more customizable (Notice the ones used on weekend OTA telecasts that FSN produces and you'd see what I mean). They could easily embed the NFL logo with their own with the word "on" in between if they use the FSN strip (It only seems natural). They can't do that as easily with the one they use on the big network now, which is why you see that tacky lettering spelling "N-F-L" instead.

Just my opinion :D

Cheers :D
