I'm thinking the people digging up all these old lineups must have subscriptions to newspaper and magazine archive sites. Would anybody be willing to look for the following?

One for every possible year from 1984 to 1996 (inclusive):
Covina, CA (Six Star Cable > CommuniCom > American Cablesystems > Continental Cablevision)
West Covina, CA (Falcon Cable > Choice TV > Cencom > Crown > Charter)

One for every possible year from 1989 to 1991 (inclusive):
Azusa, CA (Falcon Cable)
Cambria, CA (Falcon Cable)
Glendora, CA (Foothills Cablevision)
