Check 94.9 again. If you have an SCA receiver and the conditions are good, you should be able to hear the Evergreen Radio Reading Service from KUOW, on 67 kHz.

If you are lucky, you might also be able to hear Voice Print on one of the CBC channels, but I haven't tried it myself. As I understand, Voice Print is mainly relegated to SAP muxes.........

You should be getting CJZN out of Victoria or maybe KBCS. Certainly not WEAK, which is in Athens, Ohio.
