FM Frequency(s) of the Week 2018-19: 101.7 and 102.3

Another two-fer Sunday in getting through the traditional US Class A FM frequencies.
101.7 East Tennessee: WJSQ, Athens TN puts in a pretty good signal, especially for its listeners who commute to Oak Ridge National Labs.
Retro/other: Dayton, Ohio area: Now, nothing really, it was the former WKSW, Kiss Country 101.7, Urbana (a move-in into Springfield), until it moved down a notch to 101.5 and relocated---ahem----to Enon to become a Dayton move-in.
Edinburgh IN Global Tuners: WIKL, Elwood, IN (former WBMP and several other iterations.

102.3 East Tennessee: Only one station even within 100 miles so that frequency is empty except for WWST's iBOC.
Retro/other: Dayton, OH area, One of the few non-EMF owned K-Love stations that are LMAed 24/7, WKLN
Edinburgh IN Global tuners: WCBK, Martinsville IN
WKJT IL
WIKL-IN
WLHM-IN
Retro DX Clips of the week:
101.7 WILS-FM, Lansing, MI http://46124.info/FM/Michigan/MI Lansing 101.7 1978 WILS.mp3
102.3 WKFI, Wilmington OH (win a turkey!): http://46124.info/FM/Ohio/OH Wilmington 102.3 1978 WKFI.mp3

In the near north Chicago suburbs 101.7 is splatter from local 101.9 WTMX "The Mix" transmitting from the Sears tower even though the station is licensed to Skokie, Il.
102.3 is WXLC Waukegan, Il with a pretty good signal.

Ellensburg WA

101.7 - A very weak KZXR-FM Prosser (Regional Mexican).
Eskip logs include KKZU Sayre OK (Classic Rock), KQAZ Springerville AZ (Adult Contemporary), KQTM Albuquerque NM (ESPN), KSKE Eagle CO (Country) and KREJ Medicine Lodge KS (Religion).

102.3 - Usually just KPQ slop, sometimes I can get K272ED Kennewick (Country, Tri-Country) very weakly if I go north of town where KPQ gets a little multipathed. I have also heard KWRL La Grande OR (Hot AC) and KYYT Goldendale (Country) in the past at various spots within 15 mi of town.
Plentiful Es here. CKY-FM Winnipeg MB (Adult Contemporary), KSPK Walsenburg CO (Country), KKYC Clovis NM (Classic Rock), KRHQ Indio CA (Classic Rock), KZXY Apple Valley CA (Hot AC), and KWDQ Woodward OK (Rock) all heard here.

Lexington, KY:
101.7: Weak signal from "Froggy" Country (simulcast of WFKY, Frankfort) WVKY, Shelbyville (6 kW @ 328' ~39 mi)
102.3: Weak signal from News/Talk (simulcast of WVLK-AM, Lexington) WCYN, Cynthiana (3.4 kW @ 400' ~28 mi)

Zachary, LA:
101.7: Nothing but bleedover/IBOC noise from Country flamethrower WYNK, Baton Rouge (97 kW @ 1500' ~23 mi)
102.3: Same as above...bleedover/IBOC from Mainstream Top-40/CHR WFMF, Baton Rouge (96 KW @ 1500' ~23 mi)

101.7: Strangely today CKNX is booming in from Wingham, Ontario, 150 miles away. Normally this station is hit or miss WHZZ Lansing or lots of bleedover from WDET 101.9

102.3: Ethnic foreign language station CINA-FM out of Windsor currently overpowering usually reliable WGRT Port Huron.

101.7 - A very weak WMRR Muskegon Heights, MI (I have a local on 101.5)
102.3 - Either WYBR Big Rapids, MI or WQTC Manitowoc, WI. WXLC Waukegan, IL has showed up a few times in the past.

Mankato, MN

101.7: K269EC translator of KMKO 95.7 "Rock 95" Lake Crystal (Lake Crystal is only 15 miles down the road but KMKO's tower is 10 miles SW of there and with a signal of only 6kw 100m and the terrain of Mankato the signla has issues in downtown. So the translator is right in downtown Mankato)
102.3: nothing

102.3:
Mason City, IA - Weak signal from KCZQ/Cresco
