Today, there are many local cable-access channels, so while the "TV personality" might be working for one of Portland's big three, he could also be volunteering his time to host a public-access cable show.
Let's wait until the name is released (if it is) before passing judgment.

It's sad that Joe has to defend himself like that. I used to watch him all the time when I lived in Old Orchard Beach. I even met him at the high school there as well. In my heart, I know he wouldn't do something as stupid as going to that place in Kennebunk.
