Former GST syndicated talker Glenn Beck to get CNN Headline News show

CNN Headline News will add a new face to its primetime lineup - Glenn Beck will host his own 60-minute show. According to Variety, the show is expected to launch in April, though a time period has not been nailed down yet. If you're not familiar with him, for the past five years Beck has hosted his own talk radio show, currently available on more than 200 stations nationwide. He was on WGST in the 9 a.m. time slot for about 3 years until 10 months ago.

Yes, and now the underperforming CC cluster has a midday host with a salary, a producer, and a board op rather than one without.

> Unfortunately Glenn Beck isn't best buddies with management which seems to
be the criteria at GST. (see Tom Hughes)

What a mess that station is.
