Bob Furnad was the president of Headline News from 1997-2001...before the 2001 revamp. He was caught on camera putting a bag of dog feces in his neighbor's mailbox. He got off lightly...a small fine for littering.

More like HLN's ratings. I doubt TMZ will put a story of the former HLN president since they are both owned by Time Warner.
