Former KGO-TV correspondent Cecilia Vega is now on ABC News

I just saw former KGO-TV correspondent Cecilia Vega on World News do a segment on Pancreatic Cancer. I say good luck to Vega we know her back in San Francisco for the reports Bart Trial in 2010 and Prop 8 trials.

It's well deserved. Vega is an excellent reporter. It's hard to believe
to look at her (given her apparently young age), but she spent quite a few years as a newspaper reporter for the San Francisco Chronicle before being "discovered" by KGO-TV.

Theres 2 other former KGO-TV correspondents that went on to ABC News Lisa Stark and Laura Marquez both of them were famous for showing the rest of the country what happen to the rest of the Bay Area when Loma Prieta took place.

Also Juju Chang. Probably spelling her name wrong. She was a field reporter for KGO-TV in the 90s, and was the reporter who seemed to always get the top story that opened the newscast. I always figured it had a lot to do with her good looks.

Of these people mentioned above, I think Cecelia Vega probably has the best journalist credentials. I hope she goes far.

When Juju Chang was at KGO-TV what headline was she best known for and is there a youtube clip of her doing that report? I noticed on Good Morning America Chang mentioned about being an intern at KPIX around the early 90's. I know back in the 90's I did not watch ABC7 news when Chang was there. I watched KPIX when Anna Chavez went to take the 6pm seat to replace Tokuda who went to KNBC and I watch KRON 4 to watch Pete Wilson who did the 11pm news in the 1990's
