Former KROQ DJ Edwin "Jed the Fish" Jed Fish Gould III, 69

KROQ’s 2 hour tribute to Jed with Kevin, Bean, Richard Blade, Freddy Snakeskin & others:
This was a great tribute to Jed. I remember in 1979 on my way to KOLA almost stopping by their Pasadena Hilton studios. In 86 he was coming over to my friends house, I really wanted to meet him, that didn't happen. I was surprised listening to this 8/81 YouTube video how unpolished he was before Rick & the RoQ of the 80's took over

Wow, Howard sure was creepy when Jed made it over to K-Rock New York. Howard almost refused to meet with him?

He was also the last DJ on The Quake in San Francisco when it ended in 1985. I have a tape of that somewhere.
As I recall, on that show he played the long version of "The Floaters" song "Float On", among other none playlist kind of stuff. And he trash talked KROQ alot while on The Quake.
