Did you see CBS 48 Hours Mystery Tues night 7/31? It featured Ron Samuels, former owner of WNFI (I-100), being interviewed in prison. Seems he was convicted for setting up the shooting of his ex wife and her husband. Ron was co-owner of WNFI in the early 80s.

According to the story he's now in prision in Florida and plans to appeal.

What a story!

I knew a few people who worked for him and his co-horts. MAJOR crooks
and major "hooked-up".
 
Ron was quite a guy! He was an excellent salesman. He'd keep the salesmen of WNFI in a sales meeting into the night, almost every night.

He's the only person I've ever known to take a pizza, roll it up like a newspaper, and eat it long-wise!

Fellow staffers at WNFI who visited his home say he kept a VHS of "The Godfather" playing in the background regularly.

I remember him breaking out in a sweat when I had normal conversations with him, he was rather intense!
