They are always on during the day and off completely at night even though their online live streams are still on playing music as usual while they are off the air.
The first thing I did was check Radio Locator to see if they all share the same transmitter and they all have their transmitter marked at the same location on the map, though they each have different signal power.
The stations still on the air at night have different locations for their transmitters.
The first night I noticed it, I thought it was just for maintenance but would that be the case for several nights in a row?
Anyone familiar with this kind of thing?
I'm reluctant to contact anyone because I haven't had much luck in the past trying to get specific info on issues with other radio or TV stations.
If this happened on the mainland, it would be a great DXing opportunity but with my location and nothing but mountains in the way of Honolulu, there's nothing to hear.
