Fox News Silences Cheney Boos - Reports Crowd Was "Excited" to See VP

Only on Fox News... during the news channel's coverage of Vice President Dick Cheney throwing out the first ball, the crowd's loud booing of the vice president was deleted by Fox News board operators within two seconds and replaced with generic crowd sounds and Fox News anchors telling viewers the crowd was excited to see the VP at the stadium. The actual crowd sound was resumed just after the VP threw the ball, when cheering in the stadium resumed.

You're joking, right?<P ID="signature">______________

Nope, I read about it somewhere else. Just proof that they aren't reporting news the way it really is. Not that this is an imporant story, but you get the idea.

Re: Fox News Silences Cheney Boos - Reports Crowd Was

"Fair and balanced", eh? But isn't Roger Ailes the President of Fox News and the President of the Fox Television Stations, the same Roger Ailes who had cabinet positions in the Nixon, Reagan and Bush Sr.administrations? On top of it, wasn't he an executive in the production of Rush Limbaugh's radio AND television shows? Well, yes he is. Nothing would surprise me if the boos and cat-calls of the audio track of that "actuality" on Cheney on FOX were to be magically converted into "cheers". You see, here at Fox News...... "You watch..... we decide!"
