FROM THE FRONT PAGE OF RADIO-INFO dot COM (CC's really good books on CHR's)

Today there is a story on the success of Clear Channels CHR stations including KISS.Since they like to chase the buck does this increase the chances now of a flip to CHR either on WSNE or B101? I ask you the guys and girls that know better on how this works

Not sure on Coast cume, but I would guess they skim fairly well from Lite & Pro listeners looking for variety. May be better to borrow from both then to go head-to-head with one?

Station sounds much better production wise (well for a jukebox) since Tyler came in from Medford. Amazing how it takes someone with big market experience to fix stuff around here.

Doesn't necessarily have to be big market experience; but a brain. Coast is smart in it's niche and the overall station sound is good. The library and mix has been livened up with some songs that at their peak seemed to test well. Would Chris like to have more live/local people on, most assuredly. At the moment, the juggernauts that Pro & Lite are in the market, skimming a little off of both is what Coast can do.
