George Michael's Sports Machine Last Show this Sunday 03/25

Hard to believe that George Michael's Sports Machine comes to an end this weekend. That means in the future you will either watch your local station for small bits of weekend sports highlights or watch ESPN's Sportscenter. As an old WFIL, and WABC radio listener, George Michael was a legendary disc jockey. I wish George a lot of luck in anything that he does.

George Michael's main reason for stepping down was in protest of NBC-Uni budget cuts.
I am sure that another DC station will snap him up.

...as a disc jockey, Michael was barely passable. As a sportscaster, he was even worse. Give me Chet Coppock over George Michael any day...

All I can say is he is no Len Berman or Warner Wolf, but he is about a billion times better than Chris Wragge.
