GOLD company charged...Talk radio ramifications? ad dollars at risk?

Nah they are just doing what they are told to do.
"Selective bashing" would probably mean that they are getting information that shows non-conservative hosts in a bad light. I don't even think they really seem to be making a choice to report their "news," just reacting to a tidbit they (over)heard or read.
 
All these people buying all this gold are not actually gettiing gold bars; just more paper that says they invested in gold. How many people have ever taken a gold bar to the mortgage company to make a payment? The supermarket? The gas station?

It was advertising, plain and simple. More derivatives trades, and some guy gets charged with inflating the price of gold coins, as if derivatives traders are not doing that everyday. Gold is not the current medium of exchange last time I checked; it will never again be the standard medium of exchange. In fact gold will be the next thing thrown into the streets frantically, while people cry out to save the world.
 
I don't care about glen beck, I listened to his show and I could not tell if he or his sidekick was talking half the time. I think it was FOX that dropped him, wasn't it?
All kinds of people have ads for gold...seems like people are continuing to advertise gold and the LA charges have not impacted the ads.

Glenn Beck is mentioned in 80% of the headlines of this story. Your constant use of childish nicknames for the various hosts shows that you obviously have some kind of grudge.

It seems like when Glen Beck was replaced on stations, he was replaced by local hosts in many cases. Some one said his station count, audience was dropping ever since he left Fox TV.
