Time's Person of the Year isn't an endorsement of the person's beliefs or actions. It's not Time's intention to honor the person, just point out they were an influential person that year. Adolph Hitler was named in 1939, and Joseph Stalin got it twice. Ayatollah Khomeini even got it in 79 or 80.

Bernanke was a good choice. He was at the nexus of a lot of stuff in 09.

That being said, I like Charles and his schtick, and am pretty sure he knows what's what.

Bernanke's a tool, by the way.

Charles' problem is that he forgot that he is an entertainer and NOT a politician. When you start taking it personally and making in personal, your ratings tank, management fires you and you end up working at some podunk AM station whose signal barely makes it out of the parking lot.

Sorry, gotta make it brief. The black helicopters just found me! Later! ;)
