KOLD-TV has announced that it will be adding the Arizona's Family Sports & Entertainment Network to channel 13.5. The Charge! diginet, which currently airs on channel 13.5, will likely move to channel 13.6.

KOLD-TV announcement: New network to bring Suns and Mercury games to southern Arizona viewers

With AZFSEN announcing that it will be airing Suns and Mercury games, this gives Tucson viewers over-the-air access to Arizona professional basketball.
