Gray Television's "Studio City" planned to be on a former GM plant site In Atlanta

Oddly Enough this proposed name in Atlanta is called "Studio City" and Gray Television is planning to have offices in the former GM site.

Yes Studio City is the name of ViacomCBS offices in the San Fernando Valley where KCAL9/KCBS2 and CBSN Los Angeles are located

Also curious that Gray owns no television station in Atlanta.
Gray Television is planning to make streaming only shows for national audiences?

I know Gray owns the Investigate TV app for the News segments made by the Gray owned stations but I dont know if they are going to the Georgia Studio city though. Also Greta Van Susteren does her show from Washington DC for the Gray owned stations.

I am not sure for now what Gray has in mind for this Studio city for now. I heard stuff that Atlanta is used as an alternate filming site to avoid the expenses of filming in Los Angeles and New York. It's basically how Nashville is used as an alternative site for the music recording and podcast content production to avoid the costs of doing a show in New York and Los Angeles though

Apparently Gray is Buying Meredith Television the owners of WGCL and WPCH. Studio city Atlanta could end up being a new studio and newsroom for CBS46 if the deal is approved.

According to Bloomberg, the stations Gray is getting from Meredith will retain the Meredith brand, similar to Cox being retained as the brand of the stations Apollo Media got from them. I guess we'll see when the I's are dotted and T's are crossed.
