"KSPA, programmed from Carlsbad and transmitted from Ontario, California, is dropping talk radio this month. The station, owned and operated by Astor Broadcasting is reverting back to adult standards.
Escondido base KFSD-AM, a sister station, did not stay talk radio very long when the change happened earlier this year.
KSPA, at 1510 AM, will increase their power to 50,000 watts days, 6 kw nights with a narrow window of 46,000 watts during critical time at sunrise and sunset. The station will shift city of license to Chino from the present Ontario."
Switching to 24/7 music (was part time talk part time music earlier) and increasing the power! Very excited. I can barely get them down here in Mira Mesa.
