Great way to analyze the value of a radio stations website and popularity - FREE

appraisal valuation tool. Type in the website. You'll get back the amount of daily visitors as well as how much the website is valued at along with other useful information. It's a pretty cool site. I know it's accurate because I typed in wpri.com and wjar.com and it gave me back pretty much the same results. Neck and neck visitors just like their ratings. But then I typed in abc6.com and it told me the scary truth. This is kind of neat.

The ratings may be embargoed, but this cool site will tell you who is popular and who isn't. I figure that it's a good way to estimate who is doing well in the ratings. It only makes sense that if a station has a lot of listeners that their website will have a lot of visitors. Same thing for lack of listeners/visitors.

Have fun!

It all depends on the format and how the station utilizes their website. Go to the Boston ratings here on RI, then compare WMJX and WAAF SeoApp.net. One station may have a larger audience but they are much more passive and that reflects in the web appraisal rankings.
