For the third time in less than a year Scotty Obrien apparently ha returned to KICKS. I heard him all afternoon on the KICKS radio? Why dont he just stay at KICKS. Does anyone know about that?

at one time...Scotty used to do MON-FRI in Nashville...and weekends in Atlanta
(at that time splitting time with Star 97 Nashville and Star 94 Atlanta...and yes,
I realize they are NOT co-owned).

My buddy is at the Party in Nashville and told me Scotty is voicetracking KICKS.
I heard him on the radio last night. I don't get it.
