Hannity's buddy and frequent guest threatens to assassinate Obama

I think Hal Turner was the name of the person in the "Turner Diaries" written by William Pierce of the National Alliance, who died a while back-I think he used the name MacDonald to publish the book. I think the story was about whites making a last ditch stand against hoards of raping, rampaging minorities.. although I never read the book...
 
...it's been ages since I looked at that POS book, but Wikipedia says the name of the title character was Earl Turner. Hal Turner ("Hal from North Bergen") was a frequent caller to Bob Grant's WABC show before Grant got canned and Hannity took the shift over; he also had his own show for four years on WBCQ, the shortwave station in Monticello, Maine, but quit that after watching THE PASSION OF THE CHRIST and claiming he couldn't handle the station's owner and manager's being Jewish. If Jay Marvin still wants to claim Bob Grant isn't racist, I'd love to know why Jay thinks Grant keeps attracting racists for his audience...
 
It's just as funny as when one of the Baldwin brothers said Congressman Henry Hyde of Illinois should be stoned to death. Remember when Stephanie Miller said Huckabee's sons were fat, so it would OK if they were "eliminated from the gene pool". How about when Randi Rhodes said she hoped Barbara Bush drowned. That was just as funny as anything on Hannity. Don't you agree?

Incidentally, I don't think anyone should muzzle a talk show host. They should be allowed to say such things, of course. Just don't raise hell and act like the world's ending when one of them (left wing or right wing) says something a little over the top.

Amazing how you never heard of any of those blowhards on ABC CNN MSNBC FOX et al.

And using a candidate's middle name in vein is a sin?

is that saying they should be punished for those comments like turner or an attempt to excuse turner?

that was not a wiseguy question.

if someone crosses the line and deserves punishment they should pay the price.that goes for republicans, demecrats, libaterians, conservatives or liberals.

I was trying to say nasty and mean things are said on both sides of the political fence, and it is not right to be alatmed at one side's actions while laughing and calling "brilliant and pointed" similar comments made on the other side. What they say should not be restricted. Nasty throughts and mean-spirited comments may make you think, and could affirm further or change your view. I wouldn't punish any of them, and I encourage negative talk if someone is so inspired. I feel more this way after a foolish week in which someone is expected to resign for calling an opponent "a monster". That is tame. Further, the exchange between McCain and the NY Times reporter was hardly indicative of a madman out of control with a wild temper. If that is an example of his famous temper, I want to work for him. I have been yelled at by professionals in work and in my private life, and McCain was nothing. Ugliness and mean things are part of life, and I think we can handle it. It even makes life interesting.
 
Sarah Evans, another Hannity guest, (and her husband an Oregon republican politician) were going through a nasty divorce, a wonder why Hannity hasn't been keeping us updated on that?

Iagree with you on nasty coments.it is the death threats I was talking about.keep my coment in the context of the quote before it.
