WBCN NEEDS A NEW MORNING TEAM

After Hearing David Lee Roth for a couple of weeks, it's obvious to me that WBCN needs to cancel his contract and find a local team. I have a solution (after combing through radio and the web). Here's my DREAM morning team (I believe all could be available for the right offer):

Nancy Quill (the morning personality at Magic)
Mark Snyder (the entertainment guy from pmpnetwork.com)
Tom Doyle (the man of a thousand voices at WRoR)

What a team! They could duplicate Stern's success. Quill is an amazing looking woman with a sexy voice. Snyder has hosted shows from dungeons, done alternative latex/rubber fashion shows, and was the first one (yes, BEFORE Stern) to host a lingerie show on radio. And, Doyle can do any voice and can do a double entendre with the best.

What do you say, WBCN?

Agreed but will not happen, it's a CBS radio contract not WBCN's

My vote would be Nik Carter & Mark Hamilton with a sexy female doing news / entertainment. Should we get Mish in to do the weather.. Music in the morning would be good too, I enjoyed hearing music in the morning when Hardy & Hamilton were filling in..

I actually thought when I saw this thread that would never work, Paul and I would be too busy arguing over who got to run the board!.

Your first update will be an in depth report on how NON ENTERTAINING Nik and Neanderpaul's show is. Come to think of it that report will stretch over the duration of the program, just put it on cart or load it into the audiovault and sleep in. No need to come to work, that report will probably never change

The self promotion from weekend jocks is utterly hilarious. The ex BCN
afternoon guy protesting too much - quoting Sumner Redstone and then
putting his often exaggerated resume up here.

Bottom line is DLR will figure it out sooner than later. It might be too
late at that point, but the station hardly fired the two jocks in question
because they brought in great numbers. BCN took a hit losing Stern,
going backwards and re-hiring people who failed is just not logical

Excuse me sir. Please provide some evidence of these alleged failures. Otherwise, you're cordially invited to go back to your keyboard, and type out another review of some band that only you care about.

You call out radio personalities on a regular basis with absolutely no credibility whatsoever. You attack programmers without having ever walked in their shoes. You have never done anything remotely tangible, or memorable by the professionals who've cracked any mic in any station.

Your blatant misperception of a professional, currently working in the #1 media market in America negates every word you type.

When's your next shift in front of 15 million listeners?

Agreed, FccFight, I've been on this board for a good 6 months as a member, and probably another 6 months as a lurker - and I have yet to read one good post of your yet.

You seem to have very little good input to add, and it seems like you just on here to pick fights with current DJs.

When I actually hear you on the radio (not even sure what your real name is anyway) - I might actually care about what you say - but until then - Nik and Paul are right - you have ZERO Credibility.

Even though I don't always agree with Paul and Nik, I at least know they have worked in a market for one of the biggest rock stations in the entire country (AAF and BCN) - and at least I respect them for that. Plus they can laugh at themselves and not take things too seriously - a big plus if you want to survive in a Media Market (I'm actually in TV/Video - not Radio - but it's basically the same BS in that world too).

Not quite sure what you have done though . . .
