Happy Days and Laverrne & Shirley - Who Was That Band? Who Were They?

I have all of the recent DVD Series on both Happy Days & Laverne And Shirley Seasons 1 through 4.

I was wondering and others had asked me too. On both Happy Days & Laverne And Shirley, I seen this band playing on various episodes
I seen them on Happy Days episode: "Graduation" and on Laverne And Shirley tv episodes "Excuse Me, May I Cut In?" and
"Oh Hear the Angel' Voices".

Who was that band playing in the background? I've seen the same band members on all three episodes?
It wasn't Ritchie, Potsey and Raulph, these were older guys that were playing in the background.

Please, Can somebody please tell me who they were???
