Has anyone had a chance to hear Movin's new morning show?

A morning show? On 92.5? Really?

I tuned in this morning (for the first time since it became Movin) and I heard a song. A sweeper. A song. A sweeper. A song. A (completely bad sound quality sounding) traffic report. A sweeper. A song.

I then went back to 107.7.

wow...that concerns me that the bar has already been set pretty high for when talent starts!!!

That sums it up pretty well.

You can tell that Marc thinks he's special. While the rest of the staff has one name, he has two. That's some rarefied status right there.

how lame this board is. Best way to launch a show is to start off slowwwwww. The audience is used to no talent, so the plan is to ease them into a morning show, not slam it down their ya ya throats. My only thought is that Monti should have been in mornings not the new guy. She has proven herself in afternoons both on the numbers front and in presentation. A woman in mornings would kick the ya ya out of the country goofy shows like Ick and Fitz or the aging K@A by appealing to women. J@B at KBKS never really caught on in this market, though I think Jacki is a solid talent. Monti would have given women a role model in morning drive. Ya ya good.

"how lame this board is"

Yes. True. How lame for people to be discussing SEATTLE RADIO on a SEATTLE RADIO DISCUSSION BOARD.
