KFWR 95.9 + 92.1 KTFW + ??? = deal?

Confirmed by a source outside of this fine board? I'd love a link.

I'm still trying to figure out why KFWR would want to buy KTFW. KFWR 95.9 already reaches out to Mineral Wells, doesn't it? I haven't reviewed the stations' coverage areas, but I thought KTFW 92.1's footprint was pretty much contained within KFWR's. The issue of new studios (not to mention Nadine) makes a rumored purchase seem even more baffling.
The only reason I can think of would be if KTFW is working on a behind-the-scenes megaswap, like happened a few years back. I don't recall the details, but at the end of it all, Dallas' KHYI had a new transmitter location and a stronger signal, and a bunch of other stations (Hispanic stations, I think) got the coverage they'd been wanting.
Could such a deal be in the works now? KFWR 95.9 has the west, south, and east covered. But their big hole is in the booming Collin/Denton area -- and I suspect they'd love to take on alt.country rival KHYI. Is there anyone with a tower on the north side of Dallas that would want to trade it for a tower on the west side of Fort Worth? A religious or ethnic station, perhaps?
But it's all speculation at this point... I won't believe it until I see the deal reported someplace *other* than here at Rumor Central.
